DELCOM was founded in 1996.  We have expanded operations to include being the only authorized agency of Auburn University Canine and Detection Center, service center / customer response center operations for the second largest Federal project in the Southeast, and World Wide Web site design & hosting.  We draw upon almost 100 years of experience in management, communications, research and customer relations.
